🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• 🛠️ Architect & Build: Design and develop sophisticated backend architecture and APIs using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL, laying the groundwork for scalable, high-performance applications.
• 🔒 Enhance & Secure: Drive optimization of performance, security, and scalability across backend systems and databases, ensuring top-tier reliability and resilience.
• 💻 Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and high-quality standards.
• 🐞 Troubleshoot & Resolve: Proactively debug and resolve issues and bugs across diverse environments, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.
• 🧪 Test & Validate: Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to guarantee robustness and reliability of code.
• 🚀 Deploy & Maintain: Seamlessly deploy and monitor backend applications using cutting-edge tools like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth and continuous operations.
• 🤝 Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other key stakeholders to deliver superior products and features that exceed expectations.
• 🎓 Mentor & Lead: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and best practice adherence.
• 💡 Innovate & Improve: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools, driving innovation and enhancing backend development processes.

✅ Core Requirements:

• 💼 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a backend developer, with a strong focus on Python and Django.
• 🧠 Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of web development principles including RESTful APIs, HTTP, JSON, and OAuth, coupled with proficiency in relational database design (PostgreSQL or similar).
• ☁️ Cloud Proficiency: Experienced in leveraging cloud computing platforms and services such as AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) for deploying and scaling applications.
• 🐳 Containerization Skills: Hands-on experience with containerisation and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, essential for modern application deployment.
• 🧪 Testing Proficiency: Skilled in using testing frameworks and tools such as Pytest and Selenium to ensure code quality and reliability.
• 🔧 Version Control Mastery: Proficient with version control systems and collaboration tools like Git and GitHub, ensuring efficient team workflows and code management.
