I’m looking for a Senior React.js engineer to help lead a full-scale digital transformation for a globally recognised brand!

They’re embarking on major migration, redesign, and rebuild of their entire e-commerce platform. This is a rare opportunity for a skilled developer to not only write code but also shape the future of a business that operates in 65+ countries.

The brief: Architect, Build, and Lead Innovation

🔧 Migrate to a Headless Platform

Lead the transformation of our traditional webshop to a fully headless e-commerce platform. You’ll develop reusable components, ensuring they fit into the current architecture while preparing for the complete migration to Next.js.

🎨 Redesign and Rebuild the User Experience

This is more than just a migration—it’s a complete rebuild of the frontend. You’ll take ownership of building a sleek, modular, and scalable UI from scratch, working closely with our design and product teams to create a world-class user experience.

🚀 Lead and Mentor

You’ll collaborate with the CTO to define the technical roadmap, lead the migration efforts, and mentor a mid-level React Developer.

Think:

• Architectural Ownership: You’ll be trusted to make high-level decisions about architecture, performance, and scalability.
• Greenfield Opportunities: Whilst they have a legacy system to migrate, much of what you’ll build will be from the ground up.

Tools;

• 7+ years of React, CSS, and HTML experience.
• Strong knowledge of Redux, server-side rendering (SSR), and modern front-end architectures.
• Experience with Next.js
• A background in e-commerce platforms is a big plus.
