You’ll join a small, product-led engineering team building the next generation of digital healthcare platforms, where high performance, privacy, and scalability actually matter.

I’m looking for a hands-on backend engineer who can hit the ground running and take ownership from day one.

You’ll work on a modern event-driven stack built on .NET 8, C#, SQL, and Azure, powering workflows used by thousands of professionals and clients daily.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit senior team that ships to production multiple times a day, values autonomy over ceremony, and sees infrastructure and clean architecture as product features — not afterthoughts.

Expect to:

• Design and scale APIs that connect data across secure healthcare environments.
• Build and evolve cloud-native systems (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Docker).
• Implement monitoring, CI/CD, and automation that makes deployment painless.
• Work closely with product leads and domain experts to turn ideas into stable, elegant systems.

Tech stack

• Backend: .NET 8 / C# / Microsoft SQL
• Infra: Azure (Functions, DevOps, Container Apps, App Insights)
• Frontend: React & React Native (collaboration with frontend team)
• Workflow: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, daily deploys

You’ll fit if you…

• Have 4–6 years of experience in backend or full-stack development
• Know your way around .NET, SQL, and cloud infrastructure
• Have experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Are confident designing backend systems and scalable APIs
• Enjoy owning features end-to-end, from concept to production
• Communicate clearly and thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
• Get a kick out of working in a startup/scale-up setting where things move fast
