Senior Angular Engineer (AI-First)

Most people think EV charging is straightforward. In reality, every charging session relies on dozens of systems talking to each other in real-time:

• charging hardware
• roaming platforms
• payment providers
• energy pricing
• grid availability
• live transaction handling
• mobile applications
• operator integrations

All of it has to function reliably, at scale, across multiple countries simultaneously.

This company builds the software sitting directly in the middle of that ecosystem. Not “green apps”, but critical infrastructure underneath the energy transition.

They’re now looking for a Senior Angular Engineer to help strengthen and mature the frontend engineering function.

The team already has capable engineers. What’s missing is someone that brings a higher level of engineering judgement, technical confidence and frontend systems thinking. Someone comfortable making decisions, improving consistency, and helping raise the quality bar across the frontend environment.

You’ll likely do well here if you:

• naturally think in reusable systems and patterns
• care about maintainability as much as delivery speed
• can challenge AI-generated output rather than blindly trusting it
• understand when something is technically clever but practically worse
• enjoy untangling complexity
• are comfortable operating with ownership and autonomy

• Angular (Signals / Standalone Components / RxJS)
• TypeScript
• Kendo UI
• Azure
• Event-driven / microservice architecture
• AI-assisted engineering workflows

Frontend here has genuine influence on scalability, customer experience and product direction. This is a role for someone that wants to help shape how frontend engineering is done, not simply contribute to delivery capacity.
