I really like where these are going. It’s an assistant that lives directly inside the EHR systems physicians already use – Epic, and ChipSoft, and actually helps them do their job, reducing doctor downtime.

The problem Doctors spend half their time on admin. Documentation, data lookup, and decision support all happen in parallel with patient care. This product collapses it into one context-aware layer. Not replacing clinical judgment. Giving it the space it needs.

A bit about the role. I’m looking for an AI engineer, not the ChatGPT type stuff. RAG systems, LLM pipelines, vector search, production data infrastructure, all built to the standard that healthcare demands. Every technical decision here has downstream consequences for real patients.

The important bit, what you’ll be helping build – LLM pipelines and RAG systems for medical knowledge retrieval, EHR integrations (Epic, ChipSoft), Vector search and embedding infrastructure, Model eval frameworks to medical-grade standards and Production-scale clinical data infrastructure

Tools needed: Strong Python. LLMs and RAG in production. Somebody who can operate without a full brief, FHIR/EHR experience is a brucey bonus. And clinical background is the holy grail.
