What you’ll be doing;

• Define and execute IT strategy and vision.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle from analysis to maintenance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of developers and QA specialists.
• Continuously improve development processes and build high-performing teams.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and support team professional development.
• Hire new staff and manage the onboarding process.
• Measure and improve key DORA metrics to guide the company to elite DevOps maturity.

Ideally, you need;

• Minimum five years in a senior or lead software development role.
• Proficient in .NET (Microsoft stack) , C#, SQL, Azure; experienced with agile, scrum, and DevOps.
• Ability to lead and coach development teams, conduct performance reviews and support professional growth.
