This is a Head of Finance & Operations role today, and a clear path to CFO……

We’re working with a fast-growing, mission-driven health-tech company whose product is already transforming daily life for people with cognitive challenges in over 10,000 organisations worldwide. Backed by a respected growth investor, they are now expanding internationally, and they need a commercial operator to help them do it right.

This isn’t a corporate maintenance role. It’s a builder’s seat at a company that genuinely matters.

So, what we need;

As Head of Finance & Operations, you’ll own the full picture, from financial strategy and investor relations to supply chain, production planning and service operations. You’ll partner directly with the leadership team, act as the financial counterpart to the board, and help shape how this company scales into new markets.

and You;

You’ve scaled a tech business before, ideally one that combines hardware and software. You’re comfortable with investors, fluent in operational complexity, and you lead people well. You don’t need a perfect brief to get moving.

Bonus points for international expansion experience, particularly in healthcare.
