The Opportunity

This isn’t your typical Operations Manager role, I gotta say.

You’ll sit at the heart of the business, partnering with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Leadership to keep teams aligned, remove bottlenecks and ensure strategic initiatives keep moving.

From improving operational processes to coordinating cross-functional projects, you’ll help create the structure and rhythm that allows a high-performing organisation to scale without slowing down.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive operational initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to improve collaboration.
• Coordinate strategic, cross-functional projects.
• Improve planning, reporting and operational visibility.
• Build scalable processes that support future growth.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

About You

You’ll likely come from a SaaS or technology business and have experience in Business Operations, Delivery, Engineering Operations or Technical Programme Management.

You’re naturally organised, commercially aware and enjoy bringing clarity to complex environments. Most importantly, you’re someone who spots problems before they become blockers and enjoys helping great teams perform at their best.
