Most Android engineers build apps.

This role is about building the thing the apps depend on.

We’re looking for a hands-on Android leader to help shape a mobile SDK used by banks around the world.

You’ll provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and remain actively involved in development.

This isn’t a role for someone who’s moved away from coding.

We’re looking for a strong Android engineer who enjoys solving difficult problems, improving developer experience, and building software that has to be stable, performant and built to last.

You’ll likely have:

• Deep Android & Kotlin expertise
• Experience building SDKs, libraries or shared mobile platforms
• Technical leadership experience
• Strong architecture and modularisation knowledge
• A passion for code quality, performance and maintainability

iOS experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
