A fast-growing healthtech scale-up is on the lookout for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their compact, experienced product team. You’ll work alongside three senior engineers, a product lead with a proven track record, and external AI experts, helping shape a platform that’s already in use and scaling fast.

There’s a strong emphasis on frontend (React + React Native), but you’ll be working end-to-end: from frontend UI to backend APIs and infrastructure. Ownership, autonomy, and speed are baked into how the team operates. Code gets deployed daily. Ideas go live quickly.

What you’ll work on:

• End-to-end feature development across React, React Native, and .NET Core
• Build real tools used by clinicians and patients, not just dashboards and admin screens
• Shape architecture, advise on product decisions, and contribute to AI integrations
• Deploy frequently, ship fast, and keep quality high with automated testing and reviews
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Tech stack:

• Frontend: React, React Native
• Backend: .NET Core, Microsoft SQL
• Infra: Docker, Azure, Azure DevOps
• CI/CD and automated testing fully in place

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer
• Strong React (and ideally React Native) experience
• Comfortable working with .NET Core / C# on the backend
• Familiar with Azure or another major cloud platform
• Understand good architecture, know when to challenge things
• Strong communicator who enjoys working across disciplines
• Bonus: experience in startups or scale-ups
